Next week sees the arrival of Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time on the Switch. In the lead-up to this exciting third-party release, YouTuber Cycu1 has put together an "early graphics comparison" video in 1080p, comparing the cut scenes in the Nintendo version to the PlayStation 4 Pro release.
At a glance, it's honestly hard to tell which one is which, but admittedly there are a number of differences. When this game does arrive on 12th March, Nintendo fans will be able to experience the game at 720p in handheld mode and 1080p docked - with 30 FPS across both modes.
Here's what Toys for Bob Creative Producer Lou Studdert had to say when asked about the most challenging aspect of getting the game up and running on Switch, during a chat with our sister site Push Square:
"I mean it's the same challenge as bringing it to any console, honestly. There's just so much content in the game. There are so many levels, there are so many different ways of playing, there's all these different things to make sure work. So for our engineers, our artists, our QA team, just making sure that it's a seamless transition, and it performs as well as it did on the consoles we originally launched with. It's a big undertaking."
